Lynda Day George played Leigh Conforti in Marcus Welby, M.D., Brina Douglas in Barnaby Jones, Linda Quayles in Rich Man, Poor Man, Sandra Wells in Vega$, and Louise Kennelly in The Trial of Chaplain Jensen, amongst many others.

In November 1983, Lynda Day George’s beloved husband, Christopher George, passed away after having a heart attack at the age of 52. Following the tragic news, she appeared much less frequently on our screens.
She worked in a few guest roles and appeared in several religious television shows. One of Lynda Day George’s very last performances was as Lisa Casey in the reprised Mission: Impossible series in 1989, shortly before George officially retired from the show business.
