In 1967, Stevie Nicks joined a psychedelic rock band named Fritz with Lindsey Buckingham. In 1972, the group split, but Nicks and Buckingham continued writing together. In 1975, the pair joined Fleetwood Mac and eventually got their well-deserved success.
Nicks’ Rhiannon, which appeared on the self-titled Fleetwood Mac album, was voted by Rolling Stone as one of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. After many years of successful albums with the band, Nicks is still in the limelight.

After all these years, Nicks is still touring and producing music. In 2007, Reprise Record released Crystal Visions – The Very Best of Stevie Nicks in the U.S. The album peaked at number 21 on the Billboard 200 albums chart and has since sold over 505,000 copies in the United States alone.
2014 also saw Nicks branching out to appear in the third series of American Horror Story, entitled Coven, where she played a ‘white witch’ who was the fictional version of herself. She has since reprised the role for the 2018 season, entitled Apocalypse and is touring with Fleetwood Mac in 2019.
