Cheryl Ladd had appeared in multiple productions and albums, but her real big break came in 1977 when she replaced Farrah Fawcett in Charlie’s Angels. While many characters came and went on the show, Ladd remained a cast member until the show’s finale in 1981.
Charlie’s Angels was very highly received, hence its many years on the air, and Ladd used her newfound fame to book more jobs over the coming years. This included launching her singing career, where she earned a gold record and a top 40 single.

Ladd played Jillian Deline in 29 episodes of Las Vegas, during the five years it was screened for. When the show ended in 2008, Ladd took a little step back from acting.
Not massively, however, as she has still appeared in television shows including Anger Management, NCIS, and Ballers, along with movies including The Perfect Wave and Unforgettable. She certainly isn’t seen as much as she once was, but she is still out there, continuing the acting career she has had for so many years.
