The Tophams’ plan was to demolish the house and build upon it a new, eco-friendly home that they named “The Teletubbies Home”, with four main hubs, solar panels, a real waterfall curtain, and other slightly gaudy features. Except the young married couple was not ready for the lengthy process of receiving building permits and going through the enormous amount of red tape in order to be able to even start construction on their Teletubbies home. So they didn’t.
