Perhaps Jodie should feel lucky that marriage trouble is all it was. As awful as that sounds The Lottery Curse strikes some worse than others. Abraham Shakespeare, who won $40 million in the Florida Lottery in 2006, was a high school dropout who was illiterate. The trouble began almost immediately – he was accused of stealing the money to buy the tickets, sued for his money, and, eventually, murdered for it by a woman who was taking advantage of him, Dee Dee Moore. She was sentenced to first degree murder.
