The thing is, Jaee wasn’t the height that the people online had thought she was. There had been a misinterpretation, and as such, the model was believed to be shorter than she actually was.
People had assumed she was born with dwarfism even though that wasn’t the case. With that in mind, she couldn’t really accept the award when she knew it didn’t belong to her. She would have been taking it away from someone just as deserving who was actually the height they were supposed to be.
