Aside from starring in the drama series After Forever last year, Anderson hasn’t been seen on screen since he played Ken on 2002 comedy film The Last Place on Earth. While he did have a lengthy recurring role on the series Party of Five between 1994-2000, Anderson only had a handful of acting credits after his time as Dr. McGuire. During his fifteen-year break away from the screen, he’s spent a lot of his life campaigning for LGBT+ rights with his long-term partner Richie Arpino. The two of them also own the restaurant MetroFresh in Atlanta, Georgia, where Anderson works as a chef.
