Head of operations for the Miami Dolphins Roger Podacter was played by veteran actor Troy Evans. Ace briefly meets Podacter (and annoys him), but the greatest significance his character had wasn’t in life – but in death.
Lt. Einhorn, which is actually former Dolphins player Ray Finkle, becomes involved with Podacter. Their secret relationship was only a means to an end for the villainous Einhorn/Finkle, meant to help her get close to the organization so she can enact her revenge. When Podacter finds out the truth, she has no choice but to get rid of him.
