Diane Sawyer has been an incredibly busy woman over the last few decades. Not only has she anchored various new shows, but she was also a staff member at the White House during Richard Nixon’s time in office. This impressive résumé has given Sawyer quite the reputation, and it’s understandably led to her winning numerous awards.
However, before all this came about, she was just a teenager living in her sister’s shadow. She was desperate for a chance to shine, which she eventually did as a Seneca High School cheerleader.
