When she was a child, Jenna Dewan’s family moved around a lot, but young Jenna was talented and determined enough to make it to the cheerleading squad wherever she was. This photo, which she shared to her Instagram account, is a #TBT to her cheerleading days in Texas.
Her experience in cheerleading was probably helpful to her later on, when she started her career as a backup dancer for Janet Jackson. Making her transition into acting, she hit it big when she got the role of Nora Clark in the movie Step Up, and the rest is history.
