Soon, an email popped up in Emily’s inbox. Could it be Bruce? It wasn’t Peterson, but it was from Dash Delivery. Kevin Bus, the owner of the business, had directly emailed the family to express his apologies to the family. Kevin went on to state that the remarks his employee had made were utterly inappropriate. That wasn’t all. Kevin also added that Bruce’s behavior had gone against all the values the company had ever preached to their employees. Was it too little too late?
