Allstate created another successful commercial character with Mr. Mayhem. Mr. Mayhem tries to sell us car insurance by damaging his car. In one commercial, Mr. Mayhem explains that he is a teenage girl and his is seen texting behind the wheel of a giant, pink SUV.
He receives a text message that leaves him ‘emotionally compromised’ and he tears the bumper off of another car. The character is portrayed by Dean Winters, who is best known for his appearances in the television shows Oz and Law & Order.
