The AT&T commercials often feature a woman named Lily who is known for being extremely talkative. Lily is an enthusiastic employee at an AT&T store and she is often seen being nerdy and awkward with the customers.

Lily is played by Milana Vayntrub who has appeared on Days of Our Lives and This Is Us. The actress is from Tashkent and she frequently speaks about her upbringing and roots.
