Although she could see that her teeth and her jaw looked 100% better than they did before she had the first surgical procedure on her jaw, Ellie was still conscious about one part of her face. Because her jaw had not grown as she had gotten older, her chin was much smaller than it should have been. To complete her new look, Ellie decided to go under the knife once more and have surgery that would change the shape of her chin. This was the final stage of her surgical mission.
