For every single meal, Richard was forced to eat healthy food and refused sweet treats or candy on any occasion. In fact, his Pavel would allegedly eat pizza in front of his son, while he supposedly forced Richard to munch on a lettuce head. While most kids his age were snacking on candy whenever they could, eating cereal for breakfast, and going to IHOP or Chuck E. Cheese with their parents – Richard had to maintain a diet.
