Many athletic fields suffer from a similar problem, of training too hard. It’s impossible to get to the top without sacrificing some of your freedom, the things you want to eat, and your spare time. But many athletes, and especially gymnasts, are being pushed to their limit by some trainers, who might have the best intentions at heart – but are taking their bodies too far. This might also cause eating disorders in some areas of sport, and one thing’s for sure – it isn’t very healthy either way.
