Despite the fact that he grew bored of bodybuilding and lifting weights, Richard Sandrak has continued to incorporate exercise into his life – but is now doing things a little differently. When he’s not throwing himself off flaming towers or pretending to fall to his death in the water, Richard is spending his time skateboarding along the beach for his cardio workout. To maintain his fitness, Richard also runs up the stairs at the beach a few times a week and does pull-ups to ensure that his muscles are being tested. Although his physique has changed since he was a child, he still wants to maintain a slim and athletic figure.
