Although New Jersey is fairly small, there is still a divide in this state. There are those who live in North Jersey, and those who live in South Jersey.
There is also what’s known as Central Jersey, but its existence is still debated among New Jerseyans today – because Central Jersey is said to be the boring neighbor you just don’t want to acknowledge. Yet, there is a huge sense of pride in New Jersey as to whether you come from the north or the south. Jersey Shore is located in South Jersey.
