Nowadays, Melissa is working toward her goal of 180lbs, and is feeling better than ever. She finds it helps to eat at set times to prevent hunger pangs, that cutting out junk food is essential, and that keeping herself moving is absolutely vital. However, Melissa knows that weight-loss differs for everyone, and what works for her may not for others. One thing she does know though, is that however you try losing weight it takes commitment and time, so it’s important to stick with it even when things get difficult.
