Paris’ mother is Debbie Rowe, a nurse who married Michael Jackson in 1996, and gave birth to Paris and her older brother, before getting a divorce in 1999. Two years later, Debbie surrendered her parental rights, which has led to years of drama between her and her children, in particular Paris. However, it appears that the two have finally reconciled after Debbie was diagnosed with breast cancer. Debbie now calls her daughter her “rock” after she helped her through chemotherapy.
