Dean McDermott, Tori’s husband, used to race dirt bikes professionally until 2010 when he suffered from a punctured and collapsed lung. Six months prior, he had another accident on the race track that fractured his shoulder. Tori was upset with her husband’s recklessness and urged him to quit, with their entire argument featured on one of their reality shows. As a result, he decided to retire from extreme sports. As an actor, Dean has to maintain his looks and motor functions to perform well, so perhaps it’s for the best.
