During 2007 Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed decided to take his and hers to a whole new level; they went under the knife at the same time. The couple agreed in a bid to beat the aging process that they would undergo a facelift each – how romantic. Gene decided that instead of trying to hide his new look, he would publicise his new face in a before and after photo shoot. They both then went under the knife for a second time to touch up any issues from the first surgery.
