Unfortunately for Gene, it looked as though his trademark would be unsuccessful, so he withdrew his application before the motion was denied. However, this hasn’t stopped 44 of his applications succeeding. Some of these include names for a rumored range of children’s toys that Gene is working on. It seems as though Gene’s entrepreneurial ways are far from over, so rock on, you Gene-of-all-trades! We would definitely buy our kids a line of Kiss-inspired toys – they’d be the coolest kids in their kindergarten!
