Kirstie Alley was born in 1951 in Wichita, Kansas. She grew up with her mother, father, brother, and sister. Indeed, it seems as though Kirstie had the all-American life that’s always painted in the pictures – a look made even more complete by the fact that she was a cheerleader.
Kirstie cheered in high school at the Wichita Southeast High School. She could yell, cheer, and scream with the best of them. After high school, she moved on to Kansas State University, before eventually dropping out and pursuing the acting career we all know and love her for today.
