While many actors don’t wish for their children to follow their path into show business, knowing how rough the road to success in the field can be, Melissa is mainly concerned with supporting her daughters – no matter what they decide for their futures, whether it’s acting or not. “I want them to follow their hearts,” she says. “They’re both very creative young ladies. We’re a traveling family circus. If they want to be accountants, go for it.”
