It’s been years since McCarthy played the role of the sweet and eccentric chef Sookie in Gilmore Girls, and since then she’s risen to true star status. So when a sequel mini-series to Gilmore Girls was green-lit, it wasn’t clear if the actress would return to reprise her role. But luckily, we got to see Sookie one last time, although briefly, making Lorelai ten options for a wedding cake and fighting over granola with Michel.
