The show largely revolves around the storyline of her disappearance and alleged death. Alison is found dead, but it is later revealed that she’s alive and running from the mysterious ‘A’, who has been harassing her prior to her “death”. After returning to Rosewood, Alison and her friends try to find the identity of ‘A’, but Alison ends up being falsely accused of killing Mona.
