Despite the fact that Laura is still waiting to jump over the final hurdle and remove the excess skin from her body, she is finally happy with the way she looks. She has now shed a huge amount of weight and is happier than ever with how she looks. More than anything, she is happy that she can now live her own life without her husband and her mother tending to her every need. She can now wash herself and is even looking to start a brand new career.
