Now that Nikki has lost a huge amount of weight, her body has grown accustomed to the gym. Working out has become such a massive part of her life that she now feels lost without it. In fact, she told Women’s Health Magazine that on the days that she does not go to the gym or have the chance to go for a walk around the block, her brain feels fuzzy. She doesn’t feel like she makes clear decisions, and she misses working out. This shows that just changing your routine can make all of the difference.
