Cressida is a Capitol film director who decides to join the rebellion. She and her camera crew leave the Capitol for District 13 and take the mission of following Katniss Everdeen, making propos (propaganda shots) to encourage and raise morale amongst the rebels.
Unlike many of the other Capitol-born people, Cressida is unfazed by the living conditions throughout Panem, and executes her job with courage and pride. Her propos prove to be efficient when they inspire the rebels to start taking control of the Districts.
