Cashmere made her mark in Catching Fire, where she became the victor from District 1 – alongside her brother. As she called District 1 her home, there was no doubt about the fact that Cashmere believed herself to be above the rest.
While they didn’t want to go back into the arena themselves, they also made it their mission to bring the others down. Cashmere did this by insulting Katniss when she was wearing the wedding dress. However, some would say that she was just jealous.
