As a relatively new addition to the stylist world, Portia had the pleasure of being Peeta’s stylist during the 74th and 75th Hunger Games. While this would have been because District 12 was seen as the “starter” district, it seemed as though Portia loved to be near to Katniss and Peeta.
She became extremely close to both of them and tried to help them understand what the world was like out there. In turn, the two victors also tried to make her see their way of thinking. In the end, Portia met her end through President Snow.
