As you might recall, we first knew Ivy Dickens as Charlie Rhodes. Lily’s sister, Carol, hires her to impersonate her daughter to access her trust fund. Ivy, who came from poverty, takes comfort in being part of the van der Woodsen clan – but after it’s revealed she isn’t really Charlie, she is exiled.
Following that whole fiasco, she never gives up on scheming her way to revenge, but never succeeds. She ends up with millions and writes a scandalous autobiography, so you could say she got her happy ending after all.
