On July 22, 2017, it was just another ordinary day for the people of Arkansas. People were going about their daily lives when Sharon Bufford headed to her local Walmart to do her grocery shopping. Getting to the checkout, Sharon started to load her groceries onto the conveyor belt.
Everything was just as it should be. Only, when it came to paying for it, Sharon was amazed to hear the price. Not wanting to cause a scene, the shopper picked up her bags and headed home.

It wasn’t until Sharon arrived home and began to put her groceries away that she remembered what had happened back at the store. She had been overcharged. But everything on the receipt added up to the amount she had paid, so what could be the problem?
Upon closer inspection, Sharon uncovered just what had pushed her grocery bill up: an unidentified charge. Sharon was wracking her brains, but she couldn’t think of what this fee would be for until the answer hit her…
