One of the main things that Sharon Bufford may have to worry about now that this entire ordeal of the whodunit on her receipt is over is the fact that she may have opened herself up to a libel suit against Walmart.
With all of the publicity that she received from the post of her receipt with the mistake on it, Walmart may be able to argue that she ruined their reputation. We think that she may be safe though, as once the mistake was explained she took down her post.
