Dot spent her childhood and teenage years in Hilmar, California. When she was in middle school, she joined the track team and while she attended Hilmar High School, she became a champion weightlifter and was named the school’s female athlete of the year. When she was 19 years old, she won her first arm wrestling world championship and won 14 more after that. She graduated from Fresno State College, where she was a star softball player and powerlifter. Dot started acting after she was discovered at a bodybuilding competition.
