So, how did Nikki do? Well, after two years of hard work that included weight-loss surgery, healthy eating and a scrupulous exercise routine, Nikki has been able to lose a whopping 450 lbs – and she looks fabulous! Although she is incredibly proud of herself for what she has achieved, she has also noted that her biggest achievement is adding years onto her life. She is no longer distressed by what she sees in the mirror, and she is no longer in pain every single day. She has made it.
