In the more recent Fantastic Four series, Sue Storm gets portrayed by Kate Mara. After coming into close contact with some ultra-powerful rays of energy from a foreign planet, she receives a few nifty superpowers. These include the ability to turn herself invisible (thus earning herself the name The Invisible Woman), and the ability to create a powerful force field around her. Of course, a force field is the last thing on our minds after looking at this picture.
