Andy Moffet was originally introduced as a boy who was working at Edna’s shop. Andy struggles with a lot of personal problems, which ultimately leads him to get adopted by Beverly Ann. Over the seasons, Andy transitions from being a naive 12 year-old into a mature young adult. He often got himself into trouble and involved other people in his schemes. For example, Moffet often told Blair to buy Eastland Academy. Andy is also a good friend and is always there to support the girls.
