While Marie was incredibly lucky to win the lottery, it seems like her life has not been lucky in the least. Marie had to work multiple jobs to provide for her children Ebony, Andrea, Charisma, and Brayden. The children are between two and ten and her son Brayden has a condition called cerebral palsy.
Before her win, Marie was working at Walmart and McDonald’s just to make ends meet. Marie decided against pursuing higher education so she would be able to go to work and support her children.
