Jo was one of the most troublesome girls at Eastland Academy. She rode up to the school on her motorcycle and often poked fun at Blair who found Jo to be manly. Jo got herself into all kinds of sticky situations such as the time she convinced the girls to steal the school van and use fake IDs or the time when she almost eloped with her boyfriend Eddie. Jo was not a feminine person and she often got into fights with girls over it.
