Before Felice Schachter appeared as Nancy, she had acted in two off-Broadway plays and danced in The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty. Schacter continued to make guest appearances on The Facts of Life after she was let go as a main character in addition to appearing on NBC quiz Kids and The New Monkees. Felice also starred in the 1982 movie, Zapped, but since then she hasn’t done too much acting work. Instead she has been working behind the scenes as a production coordinator for Law & Order.
