For eight years Charlie Sheen was the star of one of the most popular series on television, Two and a Half Men. However, in 2011, after suffering a public breakdown and making derogatory comments about the creator of the show, Chuck Lorre, the actor was fired and soon replaced with Ashton Kutcher.
Although Sheen tried to pick up the pieces of his damaged reputation, even starring in the FX comedy Anger Management for two years after, his career definitely has not returned to what it once was.
