Black Sabbath did not sell t-shirts until the late 1990s. The director of Almost Famous must have missed that memo as one of the characters can been seen wearing a Black Sabbath t-shirt.
The movie took place in the 1970s so the shirt would not have existed. Thankfully, the shirt is not too noticeable as there is a jacket over it.
