This Horizon class Frigate is called the Forbin, and it is in the service of the French Navy. One of the things that makes this ship special is its ability to look like a tiny fishing dhow on enemy radars.
The Forbin was specifically designed to provide protection for the French Charles De Gaulle aircraft carrier, and has both surface to air missiles as well as anti-torpedo weapons. The ship has recently been to Syria.
