[post_page_title]HDMS Absalon[/post_page_title]
This is the largest Danish warship (we were not even aware that Denmark even had a military!). Called the HDMS Absalon, the ship is basically a giant, floating rocket launcher.
The vessel, in addition to being able to carry a whole bunch of surface to air missiles, is also able to be turned into a helicopter base. The ship has so far taken on several missions abroad, including anti-piracy missions off the coast of Somalia, and patrolling the coast off of Syria.
