[post_page_title]Django Unchained| Jamie Foxx’s sunglasses were not invented[/post_page_title]
The film Django Unchained did very well at the box office, which is likely due to the acting talents of Jamie Foxx. However, the sunglasses that the costume department put Foxx in would not have been worn at the time.
The style of sunglasses were not around until the 19th century and these were specifically invented in 1929. Unless, Django was a time traveller, he would not have been wearing these. It did not hurt the film though as it made around $300 million at the box office.
