Bullet bras gained popularity in the 1950s but they certainly not invented when Julius Caesar was around. The woman in this scene seems to be wearing a bullet bra even though the film took place in 44 BCE.
That is 2000 years prior to the invention of the bra. However, it does not take away from the fact that this is a classic movie.
