The Makar is the namesake of the Makar class of Indian Naval warships. The name Makar actually means Capricorn (like the constellation) in the local Indian language.
The ship has a whole bunch of cool features, including mini-subs! The subs are designed to look for things like mines and other hazards which Pakistan may have put in Indian ports. The ship also carries out search and rescue missions as well.
