Both Andrew and Elisabeth were extremely keen on sports, and Andrew’s particular sport of choice was soccer – at which he was extremely adept. He had played soccer at high school, and was now playing it at Dartmouth, with a view to carrying it on professionally after his graduation.
This was an entirely achievable goal, as Andrew was already an All America player in soccer, and during his studies went to play soccer for a year with Queen’s Park Football Club in Glasgow, Scotland.
